These terms apply when you use this website or book services with Karina Martinez Energetic Massages ("we", "us"). By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide wellness massages, such as relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic, slimming massage and reflexology. Our services are for relaxation and general well-being.
Our services are not medical treatment. We do not diagnose illness or prescribe treatment. Information on this website is general information only. It is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about any health concern. Results can be different for each person.
2. Your health
- Tell us about health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies and medications before your session.
- Ask your doctor first if you are not sure that massage is safe for you.
- Tell us right away if you feel pain or discomfort during a session.
- We can decline or stop a session if we think it is not safe for you.
3. Booking, cancellations and late arrivals
Book by phone, text or email. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will tell you our cancellation and late-arrival policy when you book. If you arrive late, your session may be shorter so the next client is not delayed.
4. Prices, payment and packages
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- All prices are plus taxes.
- Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
- We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a package you already paid for.
- Payment for a single session is due at the time of service, unless we agree otherwise.
- Packages must be paid in full before the first session of the package.
5. Respectful conduct
We provide a safe and professional space. We will end a session at once, with full charge, if a client behaves in an inappropriate, sexual or abusive way.
6. Website content
All text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Karina Martinez or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission. You may share links to the website, and search engines and AI assistants may quote our public business information (services, rates, location and contact details).
7. Reviews and third-party links
Client reviews show the opinions of the people who wrote them. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, are given for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.
8. Limitation of liability
We give this website "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website or our services, or for harm that results from health information you did not tell us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
